Made for you

Our ornaments and magnets are 3D-printed and finished by hand. Small variations in color, surface texture, and finish are part of the process. Please allow 3–5 business days for production. Shipping transit time is additional.

All Tinglewood pieces receive a gold finish. Each four-piece set contains one of each selected design.

Shipping & pickup

U.S. shipping is $7 per order. Enter a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. We’ll email you when your order ships.

Free local pickup is available at The Flower Shop, 981 Island St., Montevallo, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Please wait for our ready-for-pickup message before visiting. The shop is closed for pickup on weekends.

Order changes, cancellations & returns

You may request cancellation before production starts. Email us as soon as possible with your receipt and any requested changes; we’ll confirm the production status.

Unused standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping. Contact hello@mothershipgoods.com before returning an item so we can provide instructions. The pickup location is not a return mailing address.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right at our expense. Please email your order details and a photo so we can help. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your final order total is shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds; adding items to your bag does not reserve them. Keep your receipt and contact us if you have a payment question.

Privacy

We use the contact information, order choices, billing information, and delivery details you provide to process payments, make and fulfill orders, provide customer support, and maintain business records. Stripe processes payment details; our storefront does not store your full card number.

Your browser stores your shopping bag on this device. Our hosting and payment providers process information needed to operate and secure the shop. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts. We do not use an advertising tracker or automatically enroll you in marketing emails.
